Delivery & Returns
Please notify us of your intention to return any item at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can work with you to resolve the issue or agree the return and provide you with a paid shipping label along with easy instructions on how to send the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Our 30-day return policy applies from the date of receipt of your item.
To claim your refund, please return the item in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging along with your receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and issues
We always do our best to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition so please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if it is damaged or defective in any way so that we can resolve the issue quickly to your satisfaction.
Agreed refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt and inspection of your return via your original payment method - we will notify you when this has been completed. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the reverse transaction… this can take up to 7 working days
